Hi, I’m Dr Liz from Linc Nutrition. 3 years ago I was run down, overworked and stressed out. Because of this my daily activity, productivity, and level of success were not where they should have been.

The sad thing is I am a PhD nutritionist and should have known exactly what to do in order to be healthy again. So I decided to put my science theory into action.

Within 6 months I lost 20kg. This improved my mood, my thinking, energy, and productivity and was the foundation that has built my business today. I then added exercise and training to my nutrition and enjoyable movement to continue my well-being journey.

I noticed that other ambitious busy professionals had the same issues as me.
